ListingLaunch™ Terms Of Service

By using the ListingLaunch service, you are certifying that you have read and agree to these terms of service.

1. Description of Service

ListingLaunch is a paid service that automatically syndicates your listings to various home listing search portals.

2. Permission to Syndicate Listing Information

By using the service, you certify that you are the authorized listing agent for the listings that we syndicate for you, and that your broker has agreed to allow you to publish these listings online.

3. Quality of service

ListingLaunch will make a best effort to ensure that your listings are correctly published to your chosen home listing search portals. For most listings, we expect no issues in getting listings syndicated accurately. However, be aware that ListingLaunch has limited control over the guidelines of each listing search engine. As such, we cannot guarantee all of your listings will be syndicated correctly, or be syndicated or published at all.

4. Support

In the unlikely event that there are issues with publishing your listings, we will do our best to help resolve them. To keep your costs down, we provide support by email only and are committed to respond to all inquires within 2 business days.

5. 14 Day Guarantee

The first 14 days of ListingLaunch service are FREE for you to try. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with ListingLaunch during the trial period, you may cancel service and your credit card will not be charged.

6. Payment

You agree to pay for the ListingLaunch service either monthly or annually to maintain the service. These fees apply even if you have no new listings or changes to existing listings to syndicate. Fees are collected automatically by credit card on the 1st of every month. If your credit card is declined, you will be notified by email and will be given a 10 day grace period to provide a valid credit card. If payment is not collected by the 10th day, your service will be automatically suspended.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel service at any time, for any reason, by sending notice to support@listinglaunch.com. Service will be terminated by the next business day and all of your listings we submitted will be pulled down from the search engines. If you cancel mid–month, there are no refunds for the remainder of the month fee. If you are on annual billing and cancel mid–year, there are no refunds for the remainder of the year.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information once collected is never sold, traded or bartered with any 3rd party companies. The information you supply to will only be used by our trusted staff in order to provide support for your ListingLaunch service. To ensure the security of your information, we have in place all appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.

9. Terms of Service Amendments

From time to time, we may amend the terms of service for ListingLaunch. We will notify you of any amendments by email.
