General Questions
1: How much does the ListingLaunch service cost?
ListingLaunch costs just $4.98 per month and there is no startup fee. (If you wish, you can choose to pay for a whole year of service for just $49 per year). The first 14 days of service are absolutely FREE. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the service, you can cancel anytime.
2: How many listings can I submit?
There is NO limit on the number of listings you can submit.
3: Is there an extra charge for each real estate home search site that I submit my listing to?
No! An unlimited number of listings can be submitted to any or all of the syndication services that ListingLaunch offers.
4: What home search websites do you submit my listings to?
Once published, you can locate your listings from these locations:

5: Where do leads generated from my listings go?
We publish your name, phone number, and email address with each listing. So all those great leads go directly to you.
6: Do you charge any referral fees for leads?
Absolutely Not! The only charge is our monthly fixed service fee. All those juicy leads flow directly to you free of charge.
7: Will ListingLaunch submit listings that I already have or only my new listings?
ListingLaunch will automatically submit all of your existing listings as well as any future new listings.
8: Can I add another agent to my ListingLaunch account?
Unfortunately No. Every listing agent needs to have a separate ListingLaunch account.
9: Can you publish listings for an entire office?
Yes, but each agent must have a separate ListingLaunch account.
10: Do you submit Commercial, Investment Properties, or Rentals?
Unfortunately No. We only submit residential property listings.
11: Do you submit Lots and Land listings?
Yes. Absolutely.
12: Will you notify me whenever there are changes to my listings on the home search websites?
You bet! ListingLaunch will email you a report every time a change is made to your listings on the home search portals.
13: Do you offer phone support?
Unfortunately No. To lower your costs, ListingLaunch only includes email support. We are committed to respond to all questions by the end of the next business day, if not sooner.

15: Can I choose the specific home search engines my listings are publised to ?
Yes! You can login to your Admin Menu to change the search sites that you want your listings submitted to.
16: Do you offer any guarantee that all of my listings will get published?
ListingLaunch will make a best effort to ensure that your listings are correctly published to your selected home search portals. For most listings, we expect no issues in getting listings syndicated accurately. However, please be aware that ListingLaunch has limited control over the guidelines of each listing search engine. As such, we cannot guarantee all of your listings will be syndicated correctly, or be syndicated or published at all.
17: Can I see an example of how my listing will appear on the search engines?
We do not have samples available. It is up to each search engine to decide how your listings appear. The best way to find out is to take advantage of our 14 day free trial and see for yourself.
18: Do you offer tracking statistics?
Unfortunately No. We only report to you what listings are being syndicated. Some of the search engines may provide additional services such as visitor tracking. Please check with each search engine directly for details.
19: Similar providers offer publication to other search engines. Why does ListingLaunch only syndicate to just seven?
First of all, we have chosen to syndicate only to search engines that account for the vast majority of home search visitors. We are confident that the select list of search engines we partner with represent the top tier of sites that homebuyers visit. Also, since ListingLaunch is designed to be 100% automatic, we can not syndicate to search engines that require some manual entry of your listings such as Craigslist.
20: Why don't you submit to Craigslist?
Since ListingLaunch is designed to be 100% automatic, we can not syndicate to search engines that require manual entry of your listings such as Craigslist.
21: I don't want to enter my credit card online. Can I order by phone?
Yes. If you prefer to order by phone, please start the signup process and on the credit card screen there is a phone number you can call to talk to a live person. Please provide customer support the reference number printed at the very bottom of the credit card screen that begins with "AR" . Please be aware that our support department is only equipped to answer questions that are posted in the FAQ. All other questions need to be submitted by email to support@listinglaunch.com.

22: How do I login to my account to change my contact information?
Login into your account here using your email address and password you chose when you signed up for ListingLaunch.
23: How do I update my credit card information?
Just login to the admin panel for your account here.

Please remember that your listings that were previously syndicated will now be deleted from the home search sites. - Then click on the Account Info tab.

- Then Billing.

- Finally Cancel Service.

25: When I add new listings or make changes to my listings in the MLS, what do I need to do for ListingLaunch to work?
Absolutely Nothing! Once the ListingLaunch service is setup, it will automatically keep all of your listings up-to-date on the home search portals.
26: Can I add my picture or logo to my listings?
Some search engines allow a photo to be added to your listings. Howerver, this is not a feature provided by the ListingLaunch service. Please check the specific search engines support pages for availability and details.
Troubleshooting
27: One of my listings is not being detected by ListingLaunch. How do I add it?
Please be aware that it takes 24-48 hours after entering a new listing on your MLS for it to be detected by ListingLaunch. When ListingLaunch detects your listing you will get a notice by email.
- If after a few days of being entered to your MLS your listings do not get detected, log into your account here.
- Then click on the Manage Syndicators tab.

- Select the Manage Listings link.

- Click on Find Missing Listings to help locate your listings.

28: One of my photos is missing from the listing. Where is it?
It takes 24-48 hours for your photos to get loaded on the home search websites from the time you enter them on your MLS. Please allow enough time after you load your photos on the MLS for them to appear.
29: My listing was considered closed by ListingLaunch. But the status in the MLS is not “Sold”. Why?
Well, this depends on your MLS. In general, any status other than "For Sale" (i.e. sold, under contract, sale pending, withdrawn, etc) will trigger ListingLaunch to remove the listing from the home search websites.
30: My listing is not appearing on the search engines. What do I do?
Please be aware that it takes 24-48 hours after entering a new listing on your MLS for it to appear online. If ListingLaunch detects your listing, but you can't find it published online log into your account here.
- Then click on Manage Listings under the Manage Syndicators tab.

- Next to the listing click the Verify link.

This will help you with additional assistance in locating your listing online.
31: How do I find my listings on the home search websites?
Once published, you can locate your listings from these locations:

32: My listing on the search engine is showing a different agent's name. Why?
Another agent is posting your listing to the search engine and is blocking ListingLaunch from submitting it with your contact info. This is in violation of MLS rules. Please contact the other agent immediately and ask him to stop posting your listing.
33: My listing information as it appears on the search engine is incorrect. How do I fix this?
Go to the listing verification page on your ListingLaunch account. If there is an error in the data shown on this page, please make the corrections in your MLS and check back in a few days. If information on the search engine is different that what is shown on the ListingLaunch verification page then your listing is being submitted to search engines by a service other than ListingLaunch. This is blocking us from updating your listing. To fix this, you will need to contact the other service that is submitting your listing and tell them to stop. As soon as the incorrect listing is removed, ListingLaunch will be able to post the corrected listing.
34: The street address is missing from my listings. How do I fix this?
Most MLS's have an option to hide the address from the public or on IDX. Please check your listing as it is entered in your MLS and make sure that the street address can be disclosed to the public. After making the correction, please allow 24-48 hours for the address to appear.
